    Low end motherboards

I am considering building a bargain system for my brother. I would obviously be useing a low end mother board for this. All my research has been about high end mobo's so i dont know much about low end. I'm shooting for $50-60 US. What is a good board? Who is a good compnay? Right now im looking at a shuttle and a MSI? how are these at overclocking?

EDIT: for use with a 1.2 gig duron
