Question Does a larger DNS cache mean fastest surfing ?

Is it recommended to have a large DNS cache tweak with the SG patches ?

Will the net speed slow down ?

    OS: Win XP Home
    modem: Cable

    Thanks

Welcome to SpeedGuide, all a large DNS cache will do is hold more DNS numbers thereby possibly helping find websites a little faster.

How do you increase its size, and does it work for both 98SE and XP?

Thanks, Cyborg. I've already done that. I was thinking it might be something else that needed to be done.
