Undo Windows Update Intel Storage Driver Update

To all the poor souls who installed the "Intel Corporation -
Storage" update from the Windows 98 update site and could not
uninstall it go to the Intel web site
http://support.intel.com/design/soft...atform/inf.htm
and download the file "infinst_enu.zip." Unzipping and
running setup will restore your system.

You can also uninstall this update buy going into system information on your menu. Once you have open that window. Go under tools to update wizard uninstall. This will remove that update to.

Ha Ha, I didn't download the thing because I figured it would most likely screw this Gateway up, therefor, I never even read anything about it.

I didn't download it either just checked it out. My computer did not need the update. I was just curious about it. But I bet a few people have downloaded it and messed their machine up. Hope Not!
