A few other really popular forums added would be good for ads as well . More work however.

thinking that as well....if he joined when he did, he would never have known about the pics in the sigs, or why they got rid of them.

Definitely need like a small icon or something to identify that you've posted in a thread. Maybe a list of the posts you've posted in. Maybe a spell checker?

Another one is probably to resurrect SG post since Mouse is around again, plus this time SG Quotes can be placed along with it and Qwijib0 don't have to worry about webhosting and stuff.

my lil bit to improve sg is:
everytime i post a technical problem that I'm haveing, I also try and solve one of somebody elses problems.

    keeps the karma even

I was going to post a link to that thread, but the SG search results for "bullsh|t" were too numerous

sometimes you have to think outside the box to get inside the box .

    It would be coool

if we could have a data base of hardware..you know specifications (just a little) and more enthusiast data on the components and experiences from users and which active users have that hardware.

    Asus P5N-D
    OCZ Platinum 8gb (2x2gb) PC8000 1000mhz 5-5-5-18
    EVGA 460GTX 1gb PCIE 2.0
    Western Digital Black 640gb x 2 Raid 0
    Coolermaster 1000W Modular PSU
    Antec NSK4480B
    Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

    ----------------------------------------------------------
    HP TC5700 (Thin Client) 1ghz, 512mb 80gb 1x1000mb NIC 1x100mb NIC running PFSense 1.22

THat's an insane idea!! I know that I trust the opinions of quite a few people here and hearing what they have and have to say about it would be good enough for me to concider purchasing the product. or at least give a foundation to work with.

I rather like the way Off-Topic has things setup. http://forums.off-topic.net/

It is a bit more open and free wheeling than it should be for youngsters, but it allows serious talkers and spam connoisseurs to exist on the same site. Some of the attention wh***s are annoying though.
