    Batch Files

I am looking to pipe an output to a .txt file in a batch file... (namely the results of a "dir /ah and dir /as on my entire HDD), but am not sure how to go about this. Might I implore one of you smart people to explain how to do so to me?

    I think it's like this:

    dir /ah > filename.txt
