how to i run a fps test in Quake3Demo Test

here is my FPS test using the default demo...

Hmm with my GF3 It wont lemme pull more than 95fps In Q3



But its a solid 95 and NEVER goes down.

open console... type

/com_maxfps 300

Now try it

If that is wrong it is /com_fpsmax but I think it is the first one
