Which Hard Drive Should I Get

Is a Maxtor DiamondXax faster than a Deskstar from Ibm? The price difference is like 5 bucks.

Or even a Quantum of WD. Which out of the 4 would you choose?

if you're looking at 7.2k rpms I would get the IBM
I've heard nothing but praises about them..

I'd also consider a MAxtor, never had any probs with any of mine..

    and Quantum = Maxtor now..

Yea I'm swaying towards the IBM but the Maxtor is like 5 bucks less and the specs are the same.

Jeez if it's only 5 bucks difference the go for the IBM. You'll never regret it.
