    Anyone else see this picture?

You know, the bikini picture of the lead character in "Final Fantasy"?

It's amazine what they can do with computer animation anymore...how long will it be before dead digitized actors start popping up in movies?

Yep, and a few of you were looking for the "not yet complete" one.

Ah, the only thing better than having a large poster of that is having a smaller nude one on the back (but I was only looking at the "how they did it" part, I swear).

It's been done before, in a way.

Fred Astaire dancing with a vaccuum. John Wayne looking for his beer. Brandon Lee was still "acting" even after he died. Hell, Humphrey Bogart even has a 2 second spot in "Last Action Hero".

Wireframe my @$$, I'm talking about the "second-to-last" texture phase....after the skin and before the bikini.

Yeah, but most of those are just clips from previous movies that have been digitally inserted into other movies/videos...what I mean is doing a cgi version of an actor from the ground up and putting him/her into a movie (all original motion/action, as opposed to something that has already been in a movie, just digitally removed and inserted elsewhere)...

Anywho, I still like the pinup

Give it a few years, and I'm sure you'll be right. Woujld be a bit hard though, since emulating a character that never existed is one thing. Emulating someone people have known for YEARS is something else.

I've seen the nude pic...I was amazed to say the least.

    Incredible stuff.

btw arent all these computer graphics based off real human rendered people?

I could have sworn I've seen the real girl who played her in Final Fantasy.

Hmm anyone remember Tomb Raider??????? Uhh um sure lots of you bought that just to test out a little cheat.

I wonder if there would be legal issues with putting animations of a dead actor into a movie.
