What are your speeds? I RWIN of 64240 is probably your best bet assuming you have a decent throughput.
TCP options string = 020405b40103030001010402
MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.
MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which is equal to MSS.
Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 62000
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 62000
For optimum performance, consider changing RWIN to a multiple of MSS.
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)
bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2480 kbps (310 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 992 kbps (124 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
Time to live left = 51 hops
TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000
What are your speeds? I RWIN of 64240 is probably your best bet assuming you have a decent throughput.
I am a bomb technician. If you see me running, try to keep up.
The gene pool could use a little chlorine.
Yes but you've left out all the juicy stuff! Operating system, system specs, Internet Service Provider, Type of connection and what your max download and upload speeds are. By the way, welcome to speedguide. I see you have a couple posts but I've never met you, so... hi
Anyway, that RWIN isn't on my favorites list. Provide your next post with the information I asked for above and you'll be surfing faster in no time. I hope.. lol.
Later.
