CS logo spray???

Ok, how do you change it?? I've found the folder. Converted one to .bmp, resized the thing to the origanels, and still nothing. Is there something in the config? I've may have over looked? When I tried to associate it said all sprays must be same size. I sized mine as far as pixial (64x64) but the file size is larger. still nothing. Any help would be appreciated. OBTW, I've see people sprays are a lot larger than the default.
