Install PHP on IIS : http://www.phpbuilder.com/manual/ins...ndows95-nt.php

Install ASP on UNIX : http://www.chilisoft.com/default.asp (and then search around - they didn't document as well as the PHP guys did). $495 per CPU I think. There are other third-party apps, but this was the most popular as far as I can tell, and now that Sun is putting money behind it, it should survive.

Well - you're either gonna spend money on the OS or the software I guess .
