any good tweeks for @home

i just cant stand these speeds anymore - last night i was uploading to a friend thats t1 over aim @ 3 - 7 kbs and then tried icq and same thing so does anyone know any tweeks or anyway to get this shyt uncapped?

Lobo unfortunatly your correct.. It can't be tweaked going up..
Well it could with a differnt connection like SDSL that runs the same or about up and down..
