Hey DIDS,
It all depends on what you get.
Villindes seem to run slightly longer than villins,
actin bindings are the worst of all
and hairpins are the best that you can hope for.

Has anyone noticed a slowdown in processing WU's? I use to process 1 unit every 2 hours. Now I am lucky to process 1 unit every 6 hours.

xyzfile:

..."
keyfile:
"parameters ./opls.prm
NOVERSION
ARCHIVE
cutoff 16.0
taper 12.0
..."

That explains it. I seem to only be getting Protein: ACTIN BINDING lately. Atleast it isn't something wrong with my PC. Thanks for the Info!
