I got a Protein:C last night. It hosed my folding so that everytime I started it up it would shut down. Had to remove it and get myself a normal old villin. hehe

Just got one myself. A 425 atoms IGG... Compare that to the usual villin of 381 atoms (and the recent of 392) and you'll see where we are heading. To me, on this slow hardware, the current wu time will jump up by ca 25 % compared to villin. Since we're only at the beginning of a RUN (where the simulation involves less forces) expect the time to crawl upwards. To where? Hmmm.... Jerome?
