Black Cat Buddy

I made friends with this cat the last few months. He's got a great personality, and I've known many cats over the years, and have 3 house cats right now.
He's in my yard most of the day but he lives across the alley from me. I feed him 2 or 3x a day. I met his owner one day, she has 4 cats including him. 2 house cats and 2 black cats that go out. He's very affectionate and goofy. He takes naps on my lawn for hours.

She calls him Phoenix.

I don't blame them, would you?

My only real friends are cats. It's been that way for many years, actually.
I wish there was a human I loved anywhere near as much as I love my cats.
I've had all sorts of problems with humans, but I connect with cats easily.
