It is simply that the IP address is owned by Proximus, and that is the address they report.

Je ne comprend pas pourquoi la ville est Carnières alors que j'habite Mont/s/Marchienne et que code postal est 6032.
Cela ne correspond pas avec mon adresse IP chez Proximus.
Pouvez-vous m'expliquer svp ?
