You wouldn't see much difference in browsing. Web servers would not provide you with more than 300Mbps of bandwidth to retrieve a page in general, they have to be able to serve thousands of requests at the same time. The only places where you'd see a difference between 300 and 600 Mbps is streaming ultra-high definition content, or when you have multiple users on your network downloading torrents/watching UHD videos, etc. For a single user there are very few instance/uses where you can actually reach over 300 Mbps on the internet to a single server.
