Question HDMI port doesn't output to external monitor

I want to output video to an external monitor from my PC, through the HDMI port. However it doesn't work...

I checked with other cable and other monitor but same situation. On the other hand, I can output to same monitors from other two computers, so the monitors and the cables are not the problem.

These are the specs of my system:

    Processor Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz
    Motherboard Fujitsu FJNB04F
    Memory DDR3 16Gb
Video Card: Intel HD Graphics 3000
Model : Intel® HD Grap Processor: Intel® HD
    OS: Windows 10 Pro

Initially it came with Windows 7 installed.
I remember I used the HDMI port once, but it was long ago, and before installing W10 (it was W7).

    After a few years I installed W10.

The port is not broken, I checked it, almost never used, I never smashed the PC in any way so no mechanical shocks. Where should I look..?

But now I could see that Intel's HD Graphics 3000 drivers don't support W10 !!
Nevertheless, I have the drivers installed, as seen in Device Manager under Display adapters:
    https://prnt.sc/radsu8

So hardware-wise there is no issue. But maybe this driver is the culprit...?

Then how can I solve the issue? Any hints appreciated.

How is your current monitor connected, are both ports on the motherboard? Sometimes, you have to choose the default output in the motherboard BIOS (whether it uses the on-board video or a PCI-E card first, or which port on the motherboard to use). Reading the motherboard manual may shed some light on what it's ob-board video supports (does the on-board video support dual monitors at all?). Updating the drivers would be a good start, even if you uninstall the driver Windows should be able to pick a compatible default one.

The computer is not self-made; it's kind of hybrid between laptop and desktop. This is the closest similar model I could find:
    fmworld.net/fmv/pcpm1105/fh_23/spec

So from the hardware / build point of view it's same as a laptop, so graphic card is on the MB therefore I can't replace it.

Of course I tried to reinstall drivers, I downloaded from both Intel and Softpedia
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/pro...-Graphics-3000
    https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/GR...0-64-bit.shtml

but installation won't work. It gives error message "Computer doesn't meet minimum requirements...."

And that is because I upgraded froom W7 to W10 !!!

I hope you understand the situation better now...

Get to the BIOS, and see if there are any settings to choose which video port is the default. Try to connect only a single monitor to the HDMI port without using the other port, and see if it works. The motherboard may be turning off one of the ports, it may not support multiple monitors.

If device manager shows you the correct Intel HD Graphics 3000 adapter, seems that Windows is using a compatible driver already.
