Has anyone tried WebRTC yet? I'm trying to chose between a VoIP service from RingCentral or WebRTC from Fonvirtual. I know they both offer call center services, such as Fonvirtual's call center service or RingCentral's contact centre. [commercial links removed by admin]

Not sure which one is better in 2019? WebRTC or still VoIP? Any help is appreciated.
