Hello Phillip, would you look at my Analyzer results?

I would really appreciate it. I have messaged you before with questions and you've been quick and great with your replies, and for that I really thank you. I have been an avid consumer of this website since, I dont know now, 2007 maybe? I havent really had serious connection problems myself but I enjoy reading and learning with other people's predicaments.
But I would like you to take a quick look at my analyzer's results because I think there is something really not right there. Maybe I have some incorrect setting in my system that is limiting my scale factor. Still, I can browse freely, stream movies with no problem, and having a 100Mb connection is probably making me think that my system is fine, but I cant help but thinking there is definately wrong with my settings. I have run the Optimizer in the past, its been a year or two since the last time, and my TCP settings should be correct. I'll try to post here for you all my results so you have all the information. My system: ASUS P8Z68 VPro MB with Intel Core I5 2500K, Intel 82579V Gigabit Network Connection on board, U-verse Internet from AT-T 100Mbit . I hope I'm not missing anything.

The Analyzer only shows the "Current" RWIN values with Windows 7 and newer, the OS recalculates it automatically and changes it depending on line conditions. The TCP Optimizer still helps with many settings, however, that scaling factor and the RWIN value can't be set manually under Windows 7/8/10.

If you are getting close to your rated speed with speed tests, and normal latency, I wouldn't worry about it much. You can apply the "optimal" settings in the Optimizer and let it be pretty much.
