My WAN IP address is not the same as external IP

Is there a negative impact on my connection?? such as ping vs online games.

This is normal. Most modern broadband modems are also NAT routers, meaning, they get assigned one WAN/Internet IP from your Internet provider, and they are able to serve multiple private/internal IP addresses to client PCs/devices. Those internal IPs are only for your local network, they are not routable to the internet. The modem/router then translates each packet to the external ip, combining traffic for your multiple devices to send out using the one external/WAN IP.

What I see in router screenshot the WAN IP is 100.110.144.226 but in second screenshot, I see the IP starts from 95.70.xx.xx ?

Ah, ok.. What your router shows as WAN IP is still a "private" address:

100.64.0.0 ~ 100.127.255.255 (100.64.0.0/10 prefix) carrier-grade NAT communication between service provider and subscribers

It appears your ISP is using NAT, essentially sharing that 95.70.*.* external IP between subscribers.
