Comcast router speeds up and down & disconnect

Not sure of the brand. Xfinity technicolor XB 3.
Dual band 802.11ac. .37 mbs is the norm but at times 4.+ mbs. I've tried to reconfigure but can't even get into settings. I know, can't get into settings how are you going to reconfigure? Well? Guess I will find out once I get there.
Always getting "waiting for network" or no internet. Help

Complain to Comcast. Routers' username/password is usually printed on a sticker on the back on the modem/router. You should also look at the signal levels, try accessing 192.168.100.1 in a browser, there is a bit more info here:
