speed and net issues

win 7 ultimate, 250 meg speed. uninstalled cfos, and now i am having this issue

i used TCP and it made no changes, what can i do now? thanks.

I would reset TCP and Winsock from The Optimizer's "File" menu if you are getting that issue only on that one client.
