Tried to load optimizer but my security system would not allow. Error pop-up says; "Windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the items. " ??? Not sure how to proceed.

Thanks, I had to turn off the Deep Guard on my firewall program and run as admin and it worked.

Here in CT we have Frontier Comm as the ILEC and I have a land line and dsl with them, so I use their Frontier Secure. Works pretty well.
I see, just trying to find out what software interferes with it.
