I don't use Excel online, but in general the algorithm can be a bit weird, especially if you have "header row" it may not work... I would have her try to see if it works on a completely new workbook, new empty sheet without a header row?
My wife uses Excel Online for her work, when she works from home. When typing text in a cell, it used to be able to auto-complete if the value she is typing existed in the column. This seems to have quit working. How can we get that feature to start working again. I could not find any place to adjust settings in Excel Online.
