2 Mbit means my real dld speed or ?
My bandwidth is 14,4 Mbps > 1,8 MB/s dld speed

so, should I set something like that ?

and TcpWindowSize = 65320
or TcpWindowSize = 522560 ?

according with this site my MTU is 1460 and MSS is 1420

1 megabit is equal to 125 kilobytes (kB)
2 megabits is equal to 250 kilobytes (kB)
14 megabits is equal to 1750 kilobytes (kB)

so, my TcpWindowSize will be 522560 according with my bandwidth(522560 (8-30 Mbit<14 Mbit of mine> lines, depending on latency. MSS * 46 * 2^3) ) right?

You should use your maximum advertised/possible bandwidth.
I'd use either 522560 (if you are on a high latency connection) or half that.

However, why is your MTU 1460 ? Isn't that your MSS ? I ask because TCP/IP headers are 40 bytes and 1500 is the most common MTU, if you're not on PPPoE, or some other type of encapsulation that adds to the headers. MTU of 1500 and MSS of 1460 is most common, if not, it could be limited by your own settings on your client or router.

my advertised speed is 21 Mbps but I get maximum only 13 Mbps

So , should I use 14Mbps on slider or 21Mbps ?

What I don't understand till now is the SLIDER, what's for and what impact has in my environment ?
This SLIDER is a real throttler for my bandwidth of just for any other use or purpose ?
