Most definitely a very bad decision by the courts Dan.

With all these creeps out their its hard enough for the gals to protect themselves from this kind of abuse.

I think the court got it right in the sense they interpreted the current laws, as per their job.

The current laws suck and need to be updated.

Not disagreeing it should be an chargeable offense, but if the laws on the books don't cover the issue, the court got it right and is doing its best to have the issue addressed.

Once on the books as a crime, I hope it will be treated as such.

    Ahh...the state of MassiveTwoShits.

Until the courts get lined up with the spirit of the law regarding a persons right to privacy, they should at least allow husbands/boyfriends/fathers....to get a free pass, at beating the crap out of the perverts that do this to their wives/girlfriends/daughters.

LOL I did'nt mean it literally Jeremy,I was only saying it in a sarcastic general kind of slam on the entire situation.

IMO it was just another dirtbag lawyer finding a way out for his client on a technicality.

I would be in jail if I caught him doing that to anyone I know.

but that "technicality" is called a law, the courts are supposed to uphold the laws of the state in which they cover.

i agree it is kinda ****** to do what that guy does, i would never do it either.

i mean it's not like the guy raped/murdered anyone, now that i can see getting violent over and i might do the same if it were my family member.
