Hello, I am Caleb. I want to know what is the best setting for my internet connection.
I'm using SG TCP Optimizer version 3.0.8, I've been searching on the internet and I haven't find anything really helpful. A lot of the sites I've visited, says that I just need to adjust the connection bar then check optimal then restart my PC. But that information isn't enough. What I need is an explanation even though I can't understand a lot of things, I want an explanation of how those settings work. So if you're going to help me, then please explain it. (like how those settings work)
Here are some information that might be useful for you (if you're going to help me)
