Honestly if you have a good ssd the only monitor you need is your "Computer" window that says how much free space you have.

CrystalDisk gives you some decent info, and any program that monitors the standard S.M.A.R.T. stats that all drives support.

Installed on your computer, you can see the basic usage of SSD is not particularly malicious damage, it can use for a long time.
