First GPU's
1. Each NVIDIA GPU should have 1 cpu core dedicated to it. ATI and AMD gpu's apparently don't need it, something to do with the NVIDIA drivers. When I say dedicated to it I mean available as it will slow folding if you use the option to tie a core to a gpu.

2. When dividing up cpu cores you need to think about this; Folding Cores do NOT like some mid prime numbers and NO large prime numbers. Cores can be divided like this;
= 01 * 01 * 01 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 02 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 03 is OK
= 02 * 02 * 02 is OK
= 02 * 01 * 05 is OK but not recommended
= 01 * 02 * 03 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 07 is not recommended
= 02 * 02 * 02 is OK
= 01 * 03 * 03 is OK
= 01 * 02 * 05 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 11 will not work number of cores will be dropped by folding core to 10 or lower.
= 02 * 02 * 03 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 13 will not work (ditto above)
= 01 * 02 * 07 is not recommended
= 01 * 03 * 05 is OK
= 02 * 02 * 04 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 17 will not work (ditto above)
= 02 * 03 * 03 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 19 will not work (ditto above)
= 02 * 02 * 05 is OK
= 01 * 03 * 07 is OK but not recommended
= 01 * 02 * 11 will not work
= 01 * 01 * 23 will not work
= 02 * 03 * 04 is OK
= 01 * 05 * 05 is OK
= 01 * 02 * 13 will not work
= 01 * 01 * 27 will not work
= 02 * 02 * 07 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 29 will not work
= 02 * 03 * 05 is OK
= 01 * 01 * 31 will not work
= 02 * 04 * 04 is OK

Will add some more as I they become known to me.
