Question Who is making quality 2 - 3tb drives?

My photographs are starting to take up a fair amount of space and it's time to start looking for a BIG drive to archive my files. I've always been a big fan of WD and have used them exclusively but I'm open to something new. They don't have to be the fastest in the world since I will just be inserting them into a hot swap docking station (eSATA) and running backups in my off hours. They will be used for nothing more than security backups. I will keep one here and one offsite.

Lately I have been a fan of WD.....a few years ago it was Seagate but we've seen them fail a lot lately.
For WD, I see lots of the Blue drives failing, but we see a solid track record with their "Black" models. As well as their high end RE series but I'm sure those are out of your budget.

I don't have much to say about their Greens.
Reds are for RAID NAS's/SAN's....so I'll leave those out.

Most of my drives have been WD blacks. I've had a Raptor or 2 (but don't need that for backups) and loved those too. Now that prices are coming down I need to start shopping.
