Linksys Router + Outlook Xpress + Hotmail

i got swbell dsl dynamic ip.

i've got my outlook express setup to get my hotmail, and it works great over the modem, but when i put the router in the loop, it can't get the mail, it says it can't poll the servers and connect......

anyone?

When setting up your pop and smtp servers in outlook, you must complete the full address like pop.server.nyc.bellsouth.net....rather than just pop.server like it says on your paperwork. easy mistake, Good luck

outlook express automatically puts the info in and stuff for hotmail

u can still edit the entry in your options for outlook. Without the full extension, you won't get your mail.
