    Unhappy Network buffer problem (good download speed , HIGH PING)

    Hello ,

    I am having an annoying issue with my connection , I contacted my ISP hundreds of times... ,

    I am pretty sure it's not from my computer , I have a new fresh installed windows copy on my laptop and i am getting same high ping on different computers , and It's not of someone having access to my wireless , I am using an ADSL modem (no wifi signal...) .

    Any help please

    Seems you are getting high latency from the start (hop 1, 196.206.48.1).. This indicates a local to you problem, or, more likely your ISP. What type of connection is it ? Unless it is Satellite, I'd complain to them again, and provide them with the traceroutes to back it up, this is way too high.

    They said they don't manage the latency problems , what we guarantee is you recieving the complete 4.7 mbs , (N.B. my download speed is normal) ; I am contacting them since 1/12/2012 , and today is 18/12 , Moroccan Telecom company is one of the worst ISPs in the entire planet , but who cares ? they are stealing people's money without any reaction from them.

    I had to call the technical support 4 times to get a guy who knows about ping , all 3 girls didn't know what ping is , can you believe that ? , they call themselves "Technical Support"
