I have an AirCard 802S mobile hotspot about 1 1/2 years old. Somehow the firmware is corrupt. I can't get into the web page to configure it and a full reset doesn't help. It does respond to USB connection, but I can't log into the admin area to upgrade the firmware.

Is there any way to upgrade the device manually?

Of course it is out of warranty....
