    Finding RWIN and HOW to tweak it...

    I am looking to find a way to tweak the RWIN on my windows 8.1 machine but I am having some difficulty finding 1. Information that leads to the area mentioned and 2. direct commands for either registry or cmd that would help me tune that area of my machine. I have applied many of the win 7 tweaks from Speedguide and they've worked a treat, but this seems to be the one I am having difficulty tracking down. ANY help would be fantastic....and much appreciated.

    Enable Congestion Control Provider(CTCP) for Windows 8.1 (with autotuninglevel set to normal included in this registry)

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nsi\{eb004a03-9b1a-11d4-9123-0050047759bc}\0]
    "0200"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,01,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,\
      00,00,00,00,00,00,02,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,\
      00,00,00,ff,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,\
      ff,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00
    "1700"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,01,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,\
      00,00,00,00,00,00,02,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,\
      00,00,00,ff,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,\
      ff,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00
    as a side note, every time you set another autotuninglevel, these registry entry will be modified !

    I don't understand why TCP Optimizer hasn't been updated to work with Windows 8 and 8.1.
