will be turning 33 next month. in the 12 years I have been on this board I have graduated college, got my first full time job in IT, met my wife, bought a house, had my first daughter, got married, had two more daughters which are 5, 3 and 1.5. Oh and between all that I have 5 different IT positions in the same organization over the same time frame.

It's kind of funny in a way. Most of us have actually grown old here. It's kind of like graduating high school and following each other through college and then, on to life.

When i found this place i had just gotten a computer & knew nothing about them / little has changed in that regard i fear but still plugging along. It was a terrific site then with members from abroad including Germany, Australia & many others from differing time zones so the place was always busy day or night and it seemed pretty much all posters were great people.

Made some good friends here & am grateful for all the help and comradery i have received here.

Don't post as often now but check in to see whats happening pretty much daily.

I miss you guys but just don't get around to hitting SG very often. I hope all is well with you guys and I'm glad to see the site still has active members.

    BTW, I'm 38.
Simply run adaware, spybot, ZoneAlarm, HijackThis, AVG, update windows daily, have a router, don't open e-mail, turn off action scripting, don't use P2P networks, don't violate EULAs, and wear a condom to get Windows secured.
