    Cant run Tcp Optimizer

    When i try to run it, i got an error " Application error" and below it "The application could not start correctly (0xc0000142)"

    I tried to run it as admin and i still get the same error. and i tried to look in the forum but i could not get any info.

    Windows XP SP-three.

    Any solution?

    Read below. I haven't tried the tool..but did scan it and it is clean.
