PPPoE is for some DSL setups, not cable.
If you've tried the TCP Optimizer...what settings did you use? Where did you adjust the slide bar to? Doesn't look like you used it, your RWIN is way too low for a 60 meg pipe.
I nedd HELP... i habe a 64mb Cableline, and from my prov it iz all ok , i saw it myself...
but on my comp i get about 20mb max...i tested on speednet on dif servers same thing...

Yeah none of that looks right at all.... cables MTU should be 1500
I'd re-run it sliding the bar up to around the speed in which you get or pay for and set it...or click the Optimal settings and be sure to choose all adapters.
I know thiz wit PPPoe yet!!! turned it off !! Slidebar on 65mbit !!! TcpWindowSize :1168860

but again dudes/crackz best knowing guys.....help me please ! ! ! ! !![]()
well could be other issues if you aren't seeing speeds around what you pay for.
Post a few www.speedtest.net results just make sure you copy and paste the whole code not just type it out I'd like to see the images.
Which issues?? I SAW my Line on another Comp, and EVERYTIME it was fast as hell!! and that on every test!i said it in another post, the techican who changed my modem, tried 3 or 4 test (not on this side he prefered another one) and there on all 4 test,everything was ok, on 1 it get 78000 (on his netbook),dont know why but i SAW it. Sorry i`m german but what exactly u mean with u need the pic? and I didn`t "typed out" , itz all copy&paste ! and that is the whole code...or did u mean the things above >>>>
TCP options string = 020405b40103030501010402
MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.
MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which equals MSS.
Default TCP Receive Window (RWIN) = 2055680
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 5 bits (scale factor: 2^5=32)
Unscaled TCP Receive Window = 64240
RWIN seems to be an excessively large number. If you're on a line lower than 20 Mbps (that is not satellite), consider using a smaller value.
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other RWIN values that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
64240 (up to 2 Mbit lines, depending on latency. MSS * 44)
128480 (1-5 Mbit lines, depending on latency. MSS * 44 * 2)
256960 (2-14 Mbit lines, depending on latency. MSS * 44 * 2^2)
513920 (8-30 Mbit lines, depending on latency. MSS * 44 * 2^3)
1027840 (25-60 Mbit lines depending on latency. MSS * 44 * 2^4)
bandwidth * delay product (Note this is not a speed test):
Your TCP Window limits you to: 82227 kbps (10278 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your TCP Window limits you to: 32891 kbps (4111 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
Time to live left = 50 hops
TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349) = 00000011 (3)
Precedence (priority) = 000 (routine)
Delay = 0 (normal delay)
Throughput = 0 (normal throughput)
Reliability = 0 (normal reliability)
Cost = 1 (low cost)
Check bit = 1 (incorrect, 8th checking bit must be zero)
DSCP (DiffServ) = CS0 000000 (0) - class 0, default traffic (RFC 2474).

Also this needs to be removed: O1 - Hosts: ;:127.0.0.1 secure.disc-soft.com
malwarebytes is in installed but outdated so update it and re-run it
also what is this? G:\0_Downloads\0_AppZ\Trojaner Progs !!!\brutus-aet2\BrutusA2.exe
Get rid of that... you need to download Avast Home Free... install it and update it, then set it to run on a boot scan and to delete whatever it finds. Do this before updating and re-running malware bytes so when you have to restart from a scan of it, it will just follow thru into this boot scan. Take your time and see the settings for it, its not hard to set this up..very easy and very good on detection.
After it all comes back up.. repair winsock using this tool - http://www.snapfiles.com/get/winsockxpfix.html
post a few speed test results and lets see where we are before we may or may not go back and re-run the tcp optimzer.
forget >> G:\0_Downloads\0_AppZ\Trojaner Progs !!!\brutus-aet2\BrutusA2.exe has nuthin todo with my cable speed!!!!!

That has everything to do with your problem as far as I'm concerned...and that isn't your host... you need to fix all that. Remove any of those host items and that BrutusA2.exe file. Also update and re-run malware bytes and the same with Avast...till you do all that I can't help you any more.
I auto update Malwarebytes every day and iz v 1.51.1800 + so many upd as come out on teh day.....as i shot the log...iz updated itselgf 1 hour l8!!!
