pretty cool for sure ! what lens did you use ?
A pair of B-1 bombers buzzed my house yesterday afternoon, flying over probably at about a thousand feet directly overhead. It was immensely cool. Of course, I had camera in hand and was snapping shots as they flew over
It's too bad they weren't flying in formation when they flew over...that would have made for some cool shotsThey were situated about two minutes apart.
What was really cool is that we live about 15 miles from the airport as the crow flies. I could watch the jets fly all the way in, and hear the engines kick in when they took off after landing.

pretty cool for sure ! what lens did you use ?
I used my 70-300, but for a couple of the shots I don't think I went any more than about 120mm or so, given how close the jet was![]()
