You can try bumping up the RWIN value to 64240, seems you've already done quite a bit in optimizing it.

i have tried different sets of value as for the moment this is
" THE BEST " connection i ever had at 15KB/s.
and
SMARTBRO INC. CO. keeps telling me that i have a "GOOD CONNECTION".
i'm asking for anyone who could help or suggest for a real connection ..![]()

i did it yesterday after all tweaking , adjusting and testing but most of all ,
reading all article that you post for all the beginner like me.
i was suprised by the result !
559 kbps down (~0.56 Mbps, 68 KB/s) ↓
115 kbps up (~0.12 Mbps, 14 KB/s) ↑
