Are all the computers behind your router clean and free from malware? All Windows Updates, and scans run with quality antivirus software and malware cleaning programs?
If you're running wireless..is it secured with WPA or WPA2?
Do you run any p2p/torrent stuff?

all my pc's are clean im using Avira,Malwarebytes Anti Malware and CCleaner and my windows is updated
my router is wireless ive recently returned my settings to default(thought that would fixed it) so wireless security is currently turned off
i have utorrent installed but im not using it right now

That leads me to assume you had these loss of performance issues when you did have wireless security enabled?
Only mentioning this in case you have some neighbors that are sucking off of your wireless....stealing bandwidth from you, causing your slowdown.

Those p2p/torrent programs...they use many many concurrent sessions, which usually bogs down home grade routers...fills their tables up.
Cable should be 1500 MTU, bridged DSL 1500 MTU, PPPoE DSL 1492 MTU.

yes i have wireless security enabled always ive only reseted it yesterday

if thats the case about p2p programs is there a way to remove them from my router or uninstalling utorrent will fix everything?

even at 1500 MTU my internet is still slow when on router

The p2p programs don't install into the router, so you can't remove them from the router. But you can uninstall the programs....or at the least, make sure that they're not running in your systray and busy uploading and downloading songs.

If it slows down that fast the firmware must be buggy, maybe some memory leak ?

I'd try a third party firmware like DD-WRT, but it seems your router is not compatible: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php...atible_devices
