Most basic tweaks are covered by applying the optimal settings in the SG TCP Optimizer, have you tried it ?
What speeds do you get from a speed test, like www.speedtest.net ?
What is the advertised speed that you should be getting with your PLDT plan?

and the speed that they offer is 356kbps speed., but i think im only getting 256kbps XD

Ur a lucky guy at 256Kb ,PLDT <> SMARTBRO don't believe what they promise ... try from 3am to 6am less traffic ul get what u want.
