My name is Anne and this is my first time posting on this forum!
I work in telecommunications and was curious if any of you ever use social media to "talk" to your broadband provider? If so, what social networks do you use: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, other? Have you had any good/bad experiences?
What do you think about telecom providers, like SureWest.com, being active on social media for customer service and other reasons?
