Sir Admins, Help me set my MTU again back to normal..

    SpeedGuide.net TCP Analyzer Results
    Tested on: 07.31.2011 21:36
    IP address: 124.6.xxx.xxx
    Client OS: Windows 7

    TCP options string: 010303020402080a000252b900000000
    MSS: 0
    MTU: 40
TCP Window: 66024 (NOT multiple of MSS)
    RWIN Scaling: 2 bits (2^2=4)
    Unscaled RWIN : 16506
    Recommended RWINs: , 0, 0, 0, 0
    BDP limit (200ms): 2641kbps (330KBytes/s)
    BDP limit (500ms): 1056kbps (132KBytes/s)
    MTU Discovery: ON
    TTL: 39
    Timestamps: ON
    SACKs: ON
    IP ToS: 00000000 (0)

my normal mtu back then is 1450..i think i might have installed/run something that might have restricted my mtu to 40..i already checked my mtu in cmd and it's set at 1500 but when i use tcp anaylzer to check my mtu, im still getting these results..
I already tried using SG tcp optimizer as well but with the same result..
