    I just rebooted PC and no video again. I will try reseating it again tomorrow and if it still happens what else could it be? PSU?

    Prob purchased a bad card... it happens. I just had to send back a new GTX 570 the other day a few weeks after I got it cause it was bad.

    Reseated it today and all seems well. Rebooted it a few times and video was fine. Hope it stays that way. Knock on wood.

    Was the computer real dusty when you opened it? You have to be careful not to push dust and whatever down into the slots sometimes when you put expansion cards in..if you move it around alot they will come unseated too.. or could have just not pushed it in tight to start with.

    Nah, inside had very little dust if any. I had it screwed in nice and tight but after taking it out and reseated it again as you suggested and has been fine ever since. Thx a lot.

    I was going to suggest maybe the Video card memory and the onboard memory were incompatible, but.........

    Make sure you determine if the case requires 'half height' cards or not...these mb's are common in the optiplex gx series and a lot of those are in small cases that need 'half height' add-on cards. Quite a few of the lower end video cards at newegg come with both brackets.
