Internet Slow at Night and Does this program increase my connection?

In the mornings, my internet is fast.
The afternoons slows down, but is still pretty fast.
In the evenings, especially after around 8 Pacific Time, it runs really slow.

What is this problem?

I did a tracert at night approximately at 10:00, will do another tracert in the morning.

The high ping times at hop 2 suggest your modem is being placed near to some electrical device that is emitting EMI.

Relocate the modem a few feet away from ALL other electrical devices, including away from the router.

Could be a device near to the modem that you only turn on at night. Lamp, heater, etc.

Your router answered the conp in hop 1 and your modem answered the comp at hop 2.

In an non-interleaved DSL line, hop 2 should have three almost equal ping times of about 12-14ms.

In an interleaved DSL line, the three ping times would be about 30+ms.

Yours varied between 68-408ms. Remember, this is just a test between the comp and modem, and we have not seen the proper respond from your ISP DSLAM yet at hop 3.
