Question SATA header (mobo) hookup question

When connecting my internal HDDs to my Mobo (SATA) does it matter which of the motherboard connectors I use? Should I be following any particular order or does it matter?

No, doesn't matter. Unless you have several SATA controllers....like one is regular, and one is for RAID.
