Either comment out "generic_button.png" or replace it with the one attached to achieve the below:

The buttons for this is also attached in case you decide to use the buttons as displayed in the image below.

Well I decided on red but I guess in the end one could choose a different color but anyway, in case you pick a different color just be sure to use the "user-online.png" for your offline one as well that way it's nice and large and only requires a change of color.

Left side panel text when viewing a profile is kinda hard to read, as well as teh tabs for "Visirot Messages "About Me" and "friends"

Friends and Contacts profile page, "Find people on your list" search field text unreadable.

Group photos, white background around them both at Groups >Uncategorized > Group Name, and Groups >Uncategorized > Group Name > Pictures. But the background is correct when viewing viewing a single picture.

    Thanks for the list...

    fixed:
Threads made in group sections, bar with posters name is whitish. This is the same for visitor messages in profiles as well.
The items Psyko Penguin mentioned, as well as Report Post and Reputation, and the "User is offline" icon by a person's name blends into the background.

fixed most in forums/posts, in progress: All the buttons like "Post quick Reply" "Go Advanced" and such.

by design (not all have text): Edit Avatar profile page, not all pre-defined AV's text is visible.

    ---
    noted, secondary:
Edit profile page, "Instant Messaging" text seems too dark.
General Settings profile page, "Private Messaging" Visitor Messaging" and "User Customizations" text seems too dark.

Would you put back the previous web format?

Please don't change just for the sake of changing something. It is hard to read now.

There are many improvements that prompted the upgrade, the look can be customized. If there is something in particular that makes it "hard to read" let us know. Have you tried the different themes in the lower-left corner of pages ? Are you using the light or dark theme ? The dark one should be pretty close to the old format now.

I miss the stepped opening menu to go from one section to the other... wouldn't mind seeing that again instead of dumping back and forth between the main section to get to the subs if that's possible.

i got bored, decided to make your current buttons just a tad bit smaller in file size. Ya know, to help with the 56k friendliness.

I doubt you'll use em but they're there anyway.

Anyway, the "Attached Images" text still needs to be changed but I guess you'll get to that when you can. Just figured I'd poke and prod at it again in case you forgot.

Thank you. At least I can talk to the web designer directly to give the feed back here. I have few suggestions as of now.

I tried both themes but it is not pleasing to my eyes as the original one. Some reason my eyes are aching when I read this page. The color contrast maybe not suitable.

The text is not dark enough to read, that may have to do with the background color. I think the Ash color of the border is making a light contrast with other background that maybe causing the straining of eyes.

For example: as I am writing this looking at the above directory entries, it is hard to see because of the light blue text on ash color border. Look at the following entries above
    # Forum# General Discussions#General Discussion Board# Update and new look!

Another comment: The icon you put on the left of each entries are big. When we look into the page the importance should goes to the title of the entries and the text not to the icon. You may make the icons smaller.

The header template has duplicate code blocks in it.

The Reply to Thread button on lower left beneath last post does not work in FF Linux. Clicking it fails to pass the URI to the server.

Thanks for the suggestions, will look into it as time allows. I have some functionality issues to deal with at this point.

I've changed the light theme colors a bit to resemble the old vB3 theme more closely.

Interesting... It seems to work in FF under Windows, I thought the functionality should be the same under Linux.

It appears that it goes to the quick reply box. However if you consecutively click on it you'll hit the "Go Advanced" reply mode.

I'll have to snatch up another hard drive to install Linux... Not sure bout Linux..
