I presume you ran all those external IP pages more or less around the same
time of course? Even if your dhcp lease time was small (say 10 minutes??)
your lease should auto-renew at 50% of the time and unless your ISP is
running some sort of weird dhcp server, you would expect to renew a dhcp
lease not get a new IP. If your IP is changing that often, I would be
surprised if you didn't notice other problems - especially with streaming
data like video or audio and the like...
Can you access your router config and see (from it) what your external IP
address is (and then check it every minute or so for a while? My router is
set to get my external IP from the ISP (via cable modem) and on the "Wan
setup" page(s) I can see what my external IP is (and for that matter, the
length of the dhcp lease too)
