subletting confusion

Im taking course on networking. I have many of the subnetting concepts under
my belt. But I find some of the real world examples hard to translated into
what I have learned. I'm trying to find some online tests to try out my
knowledge.

Here is a n example from http://testbusters.net/tcp_test1.html question
number 3.

I have a network with with the following computers on it 220.24.26.120/28
and 220.24.26.122/28
see http://testbusters.net/subnetq.gif

Basically the question is
identify the correct subnet ID and broadcast address.

I have read tons of stuff on this, looked at videos etc. But I seem to have
a block on this.
What I know is that this network is a class c network. (although it doest
say if it's a class network or not.)
That it has a subnet of 4 bits.

From this point Im confused on,

How to figure out what the subnets numbers should be. eg 220.24.26.0,
220.26.16, 220.24.26.32, etc ? and really how to correlate the two computer
IPs to the subnet IPs and figure out the SubnetID and broadcast address. I
know I think that the SubnetID needs to be 0's and that the broadcast must
be all 1's . but I cant seem to get past this.

Can anyone give me some help.

Clicking on see http://testbusters.net/subnetq.gif
gives:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /subnetq.gif on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.
